Soccer Ball Travels from Japan to Alaska Due to 2011 Tsunami

According to this article in The Daily Star, A Japanese boy who lost his soccer ball in March 2011 tsunami, will be able to recover it after an American found it off the shores of Alaska.

The ball had it’s owner’s name written on it as part of an encouragement message when the ball was given to him in 2005 as a good-bye gift when he transferred to another school.
